In our shop, Jay is regarded as the Einstein and Edison of underground motors. His invaluable experience and perspective, coupled with his inventiveness and problem-solving abilities, gives Mining Motors expertise that is simply unmatched. Jay’s presence also insures nothing leaves our shop floor unless it will exceed the client’s expectation.
Andrew Gould
Vice President
Andrew is closing in on two decades in the mining business. He is obsessive about quality and he possesses a deep understanding of what it takes to keep clients’ operations running cost-effectively. He is as comfortable meeting executives in their corporate headquarters as he is inside a mine discussing equipment specs with supervisors and foremen. Andrew is also a master electrician.

Shop Manager
Clint has been an integral part of Mining Motors since 2011. He has logged a long history in the business, including 25 years working under Jay Gould. Clint knows his way around any type of motor. His talent and experience insures projects are well-planned and that every repair is executed with precision and urgency.
Allison Gould
Office Manager
Allison is the engine of Mining Motors, keeping the operation running smoothly and seemlessly. She oversees the many day-to-day business aspects of the company, from scheduling and fulfillment to employee services and client relations. Allison is a vital link in the company’s quality process for clients.
Floyd Dale Pritt, Jr.
Chief Motor Winder
Floyd has nearly 30 years of experience in the electric motor field. His deep knowledge and skill in the technical intricacies of his craft are a key reason Mining Motors’ products deliver the performance and longevity for which the company is famous.
Paul W. Bragg
Chief Motor Tech
As Mining Motors’ chief motor tech, Paul brings a broad understanding of the industry to his role. He has spent the last seven years servicing motors for practically every underground application. Part of the Mining Motors team since 2011, he is particularly adept at disassembly, assembly, and troubleshooting.
Jack “J.R.” Stone
Motor Tech
As a motor tech, J.R.’s responsibilities include disassembly of motors coming into the shop daily from current and new clients, as well as detailed inspections and troubleshooting. Additionally, J.R. is a coil fabricator/motor winder.
